Dear Russ, You catered two Christmas parties for us on the 14th and 15th. I just wanted to pass along some of the comments I got: "Best ribs I've ever had," "The chicken had such a good flavor," "The chicken was so tender," "The potatoes were baked well, not half-done like some you get," "I could not believe how hot the potatoes were," and many other very positive comments.
